CostaLab | Bad Angel Overdrive Distortion

The CostaLab Bad Angel is a pedal with two characters:

an open, defined and dynamic overdrive but also a powerful distortion that reaches high levels of saturation, always maintaining an excellent definition and a timbre with a lot of character.

By simply changing the position of the Drive knob, it is possible to obtain slightly crunched tones, up to distortions suitable for hard rock and beyond.

The “Saint Sinner” button selects one of the two clipping circuits developed over years of tests and field tests. Two very different characters derive from this.

One more compressed and classic, the other much more open modern and dynamic.

The tone knob gives the guitarist the possibility of optimizing his sound, ranging in a precise and totally usable range, without ever exceeding in technically possible settings that cannot be used on a practical level.
